About AIC GUSEC
AIC GUSEC Foundation is a not-for-profit company promoted by Gujarat University and supported by Atal Innovation Mission – NITI Aayog, Government of India. The company is established with a vision to be a global support system for innovators, entrepreneurs, and startups creating an impact in the society through innovation.
The foundation aspires to become a change agent by identifying, nurturing and supporting ideas with impact. For this, AIC GUSEC offers a collaborative, no-cost incubation program to for-profit social enterprises, and acts as a bridge between the solutions and problems of the society to the Nation. The foundation works extensively with the public governance bodies, international developmental organisations, non profit-organisations, impact investors and other civil-society stakeholders.
Hosted by Gujarat’s oldest and the largest University, Gujarat University, the institution boasts a rich culture of research and societal impact. With over 300 colleges affiliated to the University, the foundation mobilises the network to draw the social change ideas. The network of the University in all demographies of the state also plays an effective role in bringing the innovations happening in remote parts to come to the organised culture.
Established in the Park for Industrial Extension and Research (PIER) at Gujarat University, the institution operates in state-of-the-art infrastructure.

About Gujarat University
The lush-green university campus is situated across a massive 260 acres of land in the heart of the World Heritage City of Ahmedabad, the Manchester of the East, and the bustling epicentre of trade and commerce of Gujarat. Across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and surrounding areas, the University has 286 affiliated institutes, and together around 4,00,000 students are currently enrolled with the university. The university campus is also home to 5 major schools and over 60 academic departments across various disciplines, catering to over 5,000 students on campus with over 100 senior, experienced faculty members employed by the university.
