AIC GUSEC Foundation is a not-for-profit company promoted by Gujarat University and supported by Atal Innovation Mission – NITI Aayog, Government of India. The company is established with a vision to be a global support system for innovators, entrepreneurs, and startups creating an impact in the society through innovation.

Senior Associate - Programs

Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for following activities

  • Overall planning of the activities, resources and programs for startup support
  • Execute various workshops/events/webinars to support and promote the
    program.
  • Identify relevant Mentors / Industry experts / Speakers & onboard them.
  • Organize events to facilitate collaborations, technology tie-up, business
    development
  • Forge partnerships with various ecosystem players for program promotions and
    outreach
  • Prepare all required reports and maintain a comprehensive set of records
  • Provide coaching and support services to program portfolio startups
  • Develop & manage a network of entrepreneurs, start-ups, mentors, institutions, funding agencies, investors and industries.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience of executing and delivering entreprenurship related programs and events

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Applicant should have minimum 3 years of overall work experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience of working in a startup incubator and/or an organisation promoting entrepreneurship and startup support
  • Applicants must have a clear understanding of local, national & global startup ecosystems, and be able to demonstrate the same
  • A good understanding of social media marketing
  • Applicants must possess strong communications, interpersonal and social skills

Senior Associate - Partnerships

Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for following activities

  • Responsible for leading the initiatives to partner with corporations, international non profits organisations, CSR network, NGOs, startup organisations etc.
  • Manage a robust investor and funder network; connect them to social entrepreneurs and ensure that funds are raised successfully for their ventures.
  • Assist entrepreneurs in proposal writing, pitch deck, business development, fundraising as well as relevant linkages to established companies for business opportunities.
  • Develop and leverage industry, academics, investors & institutional network for the benefit of the incubation program.
  • Ensure development of appropriate marketing material to promote incubated companies.
  • Organize events to facilitate collaborations, technology tie-up, business development

Eligibility Criteria:
